Information for incomming students for ERASMUS+ student mobility:

1) please check information about subjects and accommodation

    a) please pick up subjects from our   pdfECTS Package of subjects 2017/2018

    b) and see info about pdfaccomodation

2) please send us nomination from your mother university

3) please send us all necessary documents:

    a) Learning agreement for studies

        (Please fill the full name of the subjects, codes and credits.)

    b) Student application form - filled by PC (not by hand)

    c) Transcript of your academic records (signed and stamped)

    d) CV

    e) proof of language B1 level (English Language)

4) Then we send you confirmed documents and Acceptation Letter

 

We accept scanned documents and we do not need the hard copies.

 

Academic year 2018/2019

First semester (winter) starts on 26. September 2018 and ends on 08. February 2019 (exam period included). (Application documents please send us till 20.06.2018)

Second semester (summer) starts on 20. February 2019 and ends on 21. June 2019 (exam period included).  (Application documents please send us till 30.11.2018)

Academic year 2017/2018

First semester (winter) starts on 27. September 2017 and ends on 09. February 2018 (exam period included). (Application documents please send us till 20.06.2017)

Second semester (summer) starts on 21. February 2018 and ends on 22. June 2018 (exam period included).  (Application documents please send us till 30.11.2017)

After you arrive:

1) accommodate at our Dormitory Hliny (with assist of Erasmus student network students)

2) visit the Erasmus administrator Mr. Šalaga at the university campus (building BF, second floor, room BF252)

3) equip the student ID card (ISIC)

4) agree the conditions with teachers of chosen subjects

5) visit the foreign police department for permission of temporary residance
