PUBLICATION ETHICS

Publishing research work and experiment findings are a celebration of significant efforts by a scholar who shares results with other scholars around the world.
Company Diagnostics, Controlling and Logistics is an international scientific conference publishing peer-reviewed quality and original research work in a book of proceedings. All submitted manuscripts are a subject to initial appraisal by the editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, the strict double-blind peer-review process is applied by anonymous expert referees to ensure the fair evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
Using a blind peer review system, neither reviewers’ nor author’s identities are revealed to the other party to ensure the quality of research work published in the book of proceedings. Authors of manuscripts that were rejected during the review process will be informed if the manuscript may be resubmitted after it is corrected according to given recommendations. The final decision to accept or reject the manuscript will also be sent to the corresponding author along with any recommendations made by the referees.
The submitted manuscript must be an original work the author(s) and the manuscript should not be published elsewhere nor should it be currently under consideration for publication by another journal or proceedings. Manuscripts that are found to be published before or under consideration/review elsewhere will be rejected. The only exception is if the submitted manuscript builds on previously published articles elsewhere by the same author(s).  In this case, author(s) are obligated to show more significant development in the submitted manuscript than the original published article and also to show that the original article is well cited in the submitted manuscript.
Plagiarism would not be tolerated and the following measures will be taken accordingly. The manuscript that has been proven to be involved in plagiarism will be immediately rejected along with the immediate rejection of any other manuscript submitted by the same authors. Each author involved in the violating manuscript will be banned from submitting any new manuscript to the book of proceedings in a period of two years. For any complaints or concerns with regard to any publishing article, please contact us at diagnostika@fpedas.uniza.sk.
